Origin
of Gourmet Chocolate for Chocolate Fountains
|
 |
Many of our soon-to-be customers have asked us...." What
makes your chocolate different from Merckens, Ghiradhelli or
Sephra"s chocolate?"
We worked for months with chocolate experts from a Belgian-owned
chocolate company to manufacture a chocolate that would be
of the highest quality. It would be rich in taste, with a smooth flow
- with NO OIL being added, no wax
and fillers compromising taste, yet at an affordable price for us "chocolate
fountaineers".
And we got it - a mixture of delectable chocolates.
No other name than "Gourmet"
would have best described its luscious taste!

The "
Gourmet" Chocolate will
not crystallize like other chocolates. Once in the fountain,
no stirring is needed to stop the crystallizing process as with some chocolates.
120 degrees is the
perfect temperature
for a smooth, mouth-watering chocolate to flow from our fountains. Our
chocolate also melts much
more quickly.
As mentioned,
no oil needs to be added so your guests
are not getting a mouthful of oil with a little chocolate flavor. Of course,
CLEAN UP is
MUCH EASIER without the
oil. The chocolate fountain itself is not the easiest to clean - why make
things worse by smearing the chocolate around with oil?
